Both are capable of holding five passengers, but the 2020 Lexus RX 350 and up got a third-row upgrade allowing them to fit up to seven passengers. So if you want to replace your min-van with an SUV, the Lexus RX 350 may be the better fit.

In terms of safety, the Lincoln MKX and the Lexus RX 350 line up well with airbags in front and back, although the Lexus offers a rear side airbag that the Lincoln skips over. They both offer a 4 wheel disc braking system, but it is worth noting that the Lincoln features driver restriction features that can help reduce the impact of distracted driving. If you are looking at a used Lincoln Nautilus for a teenager, this may not be a desirable add-on.

Lexus RX 350 Lincoln Nautilus: Technology Perks

Both cars offer a standout line-up of technology features, including dash navigation systems, plenty of audio features, and various radio formats. However, it should be noted that the Lexus RX does not support HD radio, and the Lincoln Nautilus does not come with a CD player. Still, in the day of satellite radio, neither feature will likely impact your decision. In terms of driver assistance technology, both luxury vehicles offer various features, including backup cameras, brake assist, blind-spot monitor, and cross-traffic alerts. However, the Lexus RX 350 offers a rear parking aid and heads-up display, which slightly edges out the Lincoln Nautilus.

The Winner: Lincoln or Lexus

With that in mind, you may be wondering if you should choose a Lincoln or Lexus. As noted, the models are very comparable. Factors you may want to consider heavily are whether or not you need third-row seating and how important the extra driving features are, but if your only goal is to drive a luxury SUV, then both the Lexus RX 350 and Lincoln Nautilus fit the bill.
